The primary focus of the role will be to assess and challenge the current status quo in preparation for a three year technology transformation programme.

The Business Process Analyst will liaise with users in the front and Back Office, as well as the people within the bank responsible for defining and changing the processes. The Business Process Analyst will then document the requirements to enable the Software Developers to design the new system.

Business Process Analyst (Must have experience of credit within banking)

Business Process Analyst with proven experience of working on technology transformation programmes for the banking sector, in particular within CREDIT is required for our Malta based client.

The role can be 100% remote working with some visits to Malta for on site meetings. Business Process Analysts wishing to be considered must have three to five years’ experience in the banking sector, which must have included working on technology transformation programmes. Also required is knowledge of CREDIT within banking.
