As the Demand Generation Manager, you play a critical key role in HBS growth strategy. You will lead the demand generation initiatives within our key Consultants and Developers across your assigned geography, focusing on qualified lead acquisition and sales pipeline growth by developing, designing, and implementing sales campaigns to generate quality leads and opportunities for our regional sales teams. You will report directly to the Europe Demand Generation Leader and work closely with Regional Sales Leaders, Solution Advisors, and Marketing teams, to develop and drive qualified demand generation that resonate with HBT Projects & Services Sales strategy, and assigned Consultants and Developers. You will be an integral player in building and strengthening a quality scalable demand generation framework focused on the acquisition of new projects and targeted pursuits.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:
  • ​You will be responsible sales manage a portfolio of Consultants and/or Developers
  • Actively grow a qualified demand lead generation to increase volume and quality with a healthy mix of both short term and longer-term leads
  • Develop a deep understanding of Consultants and Developers solutions especially in Premium Commercial, Industrial and Health care Verticals, while being an integral part of the pursuit team once the opportunity enters in the procurement phase
  • Manage key relationships, including c-level, within the assigned portfolio to generate future business as well as preferred vendor status
  • Partner with other HBT business functions to accurately report on the effectiveness of different initiatives
  • Develop and implement direct NPI campaigns targeting new business opportunities within the portfolio set, to raise levels of client development and project acquisition
  • Identify portfolio gaps and latest market technology trends,
  • Develop and internal and external partnership to drive and formulate high end value proposition
  • Provide reports and actively drive the health of KPIs such as to sales pipeline growth, conversion rate (HIT Rate), Consultant and Developers affiliation, and sales activity (customer visits, , number of prescriptions, contact acquisition, etc...)
Requirements

Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years in B2B demand generation, business development, sales, or strategic or product marketing,
  • Strong experience with Value Base selling and complex/integrated opportunity management
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to execute and effectively drive results
  • Resourcefulness: ability to influence and collaborate with other HBT functions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to empowerment
  • Ability to quickly understand and evaluate sales opportunities
  • High sense of urgency and goal orientation (thrives in fast paced environment)
  • Exceptional communication skills including ability to take an independent stance when interfacing with cross functional stakeholders, while maintaining their respect and confidence
  • Extreme intellectual curiosity
  • Good business and financial acumen
  • Executive level relationship building
