About the Growth area:

In this role, you will be part of our Growth team, directly reporting to the Team Lead Business Development. We recently left the evangelizing phase and are building repeatable, predictable growth, which you will significantly build.

As our Business Development Executive, you will:
  • Help accelerate our growth ambitions by scaling existing and identifying new cross-channel outbound opportunities
  • Verify the effectiveness of new outbound channels and campaigns and generate a predictable lead pipeline (# of MQLs and SQLs) by identifying the most promising combinations of target personas, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), messaging, and cadence
  • Educate and nurture incoming leads from both inbound and outbound channels, and move them down the sales funnel to support the team with reaching our SQL goals and help skyrocket us to unicorn status
  • Take full ownership of your campaigns from A to Z (planning, lead research, lead list generation, sequence building, messaging, monitoring, optimization)
  • Create automation processes for business development and sales activities with a focus on lead generation
  • Collaborate with marketing on sales enablement content, including blog posts, customer success stories and onboarding guides
  • Develop cross-functional projects with other teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing, etc.) or external partners
A successful Business Development Executive will constantly analyze the lead generation funnel and suggest new optimization strategies proactively.

You will be great for this position, if you:

  • Have 1+ years of professional experience in a business- or tech-related job role - further practical knowledge in IT or data analytics is a plus
  • Worked in a B2B SaaS company before or know at least the basics of this particular segment
  • Bring some kind of data experience to better relate to our target audience’s pain or are eager to deep-dive into the data analytics space
  • Are fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
  • Are able to independently work and plan ahead, and come up with creative ways to generate high-quality leads
  • Think problems are actually opportunities to learn from and therefore enjoy creating immediate countermeasures when challenges arise
  • Have a very analytical mentality, paired with a creative mind
  • Are a fast learner and can quickly structure complex topics
  • Are ambitious and want to grow in an extremely fast-moving environment
  • Have a high degree of proactiveness, diligence and a get-stuff-done mentality
  • Have strong analytical skills and a growth-hacking mindset
