MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

• Working experience in the automotive industry, in the field of compliance management or a comparable qualification are preferred but not essential

• Experience with internal controls compliance, SOX compliance, accounting, business systems, process risk management, process improvement, or a combination of relevant experience

• Ability to interpret regulation, develop compliance process for business implementation

• Fluent in Business English (written and spoken), additional languages (Korean, German) are a plus

• Highly organized and having solid understanding in a sophisticated, multinational and multi-cultural organization

Your tasks

• Support internal controls(ITGC) operating effectiveness testing projects performed by internal and external audit teams

• Provide business process, systems, and internal controls expertise to business partners and other related risk groups through formal and informal means

• Implement IT policies and procedures to all business units in Europe

• Conduct other projects/tasks as requested in the team regarding IT department

• Review and perform data analytics using inhouse system and key applications tools

• Conduct Limited accounting management

• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders in the EU area and HQ in South Korea
