BI & Reporting Specialist (f/m/d)

• Provide key business inputs, to understand and translate business needs into technical language / model
• Build & maintain effective relationships with business owners/sponsors.
• Build basic data visualization reports and tools for self-service consumption of data.
• Analyze and extract relevant information from large sized structured and unstructured datasets to help automate and optimize key processes.
• Analyze and validate data to ensure high data quality and reliable insights.
• Partner with business teams/stakeholders to improve data assets, quality, metrics and insights.
• Write concise documents communicating results to stakeholders and visualize data to drive decision making
• Collaborate with various functions, IT development and external vendors
• Act as an effective contributor in developments done via Agile Project Management methodology.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing, including validation of programs before implementation.

Our Perfect Match:

• You have a degree in an analytical discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Finance)
• You are proficient in Excel (VBA, Macros, SQL connections) databases, reporting in BI tools & MS office
• You have experience using Agile/Scrum/KANBAN methodologies
• You possess strong analytical skills, show a passion for metrics and figures, and are able to work effectively within a global, multi-cultural, cross-functional program in virtual teams.
• You are proficient in English (both spoken and written) and are able to present and negotiate with all stakeholders at a professional level.
