Struktur is an exclusive boutique consultancy firm that is changing the real estate market, we work with building owners to create a seamless experience for them and their B2B clients and partners. We take the headache out of property development. From monitoring construction, showroom design, managing the letting process to exclusive events and - of course branding and marketing properties.

Struktur is carving out a new sector in the real estate sector bridging the gap between international owners and local teams, supporting partners such as asset managers and brokers with a focus on the highest quality performance and efficiency through long term decision making and relationships.

We look at each step of the tenant and landlord process. We believe in challenging the status quo - there are no stupid questions.

We are currently active in Berlin and Copenhagen, we are now looking for a first-class B2B Marketing Manager.

Aufgaben

What is it about:
You are responsible for B2B marketing. You are the main contact for all topics relating to branding and marketing with our clients and their customers, and partner companies. In addition, you are our creative head, who is responsible for the conception and implementation of branding projects, campaigns and advertising appearances in order to drive letting activities.

As part of our marketing team, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing. Our design team will report to you. Specifically, you are responsible for the following:

1. You will develop B2B brand and content strategies
2. You design, organize and supervise B2B branding and marketing projects
3. Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives.
4. You accompany potential key accounts during and after the negotiation phase from a marketing perspective with communication materials and creative ideas in order to convince important potential partners.
5. You create communication packages for our partners,
6. You will develop ideas on how we can creatively strengthen and expand our B2B partnerships
7. You will work with our design team on first-class promotional materials

Qualifikation

Who we are looking for:
1. You communicate fluently in German and confidently in English
2. You are a professional in project management, work very proactively and already have an eye on the next but one step
3. You understand the content and marketing campaigns with which we can most meaningfully reach potential office tenants
4. You can juggle many tasks at the same time and prioritize them independently
5. You are creative and love to realize big ideas
6. You have a sense of aesthetic imagery and work on-brand
7. Familiar with Online Marketing Platforms (Google, Facebook, Linkedin)
8. Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
9. Photoshop, Illustrator or Indesign skills are a nice plus
10. An understanding of lead generation options is also a plus
