Become a part of our international Business Processes and IT team in Hanau, Germany. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Azure Cloud Engineer - Microsoft 365.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Being part of the team that defining and implementing a robust, scalable, pragmatic, and realistic solutions on Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and other productivity tools to meet business requirements and best security practices
- Planning and executing migrations from on-premises environments to Microsoft Azure, as well as integrating Microsoft 365 and Azure services with other third-party applications and services
- Ensuring security best practices are implemented across Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including data protection, threat detection, security monitoring, and compliance management
- Keep the company up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 and Azure updates, evaluate them against deugro cloud environment and offer the suggestions
- Automating routine tasks and processes using PowerShell, Graph API, Azure CLI, or other automation tools to streamline management and administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure services
- Security monitoring including log aggregation/centralization, correlation, and alerting of security events and incidents.
- Troubleshoot 2nd level support requests, as well as assist with internal, external audits and reporting of statuses
- Contribute to the knowledge base – training and helpdesk documentation. Documenting architecture designs, deployment procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices, and providing training and knowledge transfer to other team members or end-users as needed
What you can contribute:
- University degree in Internet technology, management, computer science or a related field
- At least 2 years experience working as Microsoft 365 and / or Microsoft Azure administrator
- Very good understanding of general principles of Microsoft 365 and Azure. Be familiar with Microsoft 365 admin panel, Security Center, Azure VM, Azure Networking, Azure SQL server, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure backup, Azure Monitor and others
- At least one year’s experience in PowerShell scripting and Azure CLI, experience managing hybrid cloud environments, and familiarity with Cisco Meraki are desirable
- Ability to configure and manage Windows and Linux servers and experience with cloud cost management and oversight
- Certifications as Office 365 Administrator, Azure Cloud Administrator or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer would be desirable
- ITIL certification or experience in ITIL environment would be desirable
- These qualities characterize you: analytical, results-driven, assertiveness, the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently with minimal supervision
- Wiliness to learn new skills, self-development, knowledge sharing with other team members
- Excellent communications skills in English (Cross-Functional and Cross-Cultural) and low willingness to travel
