Your Role and Responsibilities

You will work with business user, developers, and solution architects to automate and digitize business processes to better serve client end users. You will also be expected to perform implementation of user stories, as developed through design meetings and discovery workshops. • Develop and implement automated solutions for IBM solutions and infrastructure with automation technologies including workflow tools, AI, RPA, and NLP
• Work across development and product teams to communicate process requirements in the context of experience and the technical solution
• Apply in depth knowledge of automation technology solutions and industry use cases to influence clients and sell IBM solutions
• Partner with other teams, managers, and program managers in order to develop automation, alerting, monitoring, and remediation strategies for mission-critical services
• Bring new automation opportunities to clients, using industry use cases and learnings from other engagements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in scripting/programming languages, e.g. Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar
• Must be efficient in writing, debugging and maintaining scripts (Bash and Python)
• Technical understanding, development experience, or certification in automation tool set (e.g. AWS SWF, Nintex K2, BPM, Mulesoft, IBM Automation/Watson)
• 2+ years of experience with Robotic Process Automation tools (e.g. Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism)
• 2+ years of experience with process documentation (BPMN, UML, ...) and workflow management tools (Activiti, Camunda, ...)
• Fluent in German and English
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• 2+ years of experience with DevOps processes (CI/CD, Git, ...) and/or container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ...)
• Client facing experience: pre-sales/post sales experience
