Associate* Procurement Production Equipment & Lab Supplies

As part of our team you support our business with purchase requisitions and execute purchase orders for all kind of requests.

Your Main Responsibilities Are

• Master data management of new articles, price updates and logistical parameters
• Purchase requisition: support of requesters in terms of creating statement of requirements within the procurement guidelines, in certain cases setting up Purchase Requisitions oneself
• Purchase order management, executing material and service purchase orders
• Following up the order fulfillment (delivery), order confirmations and arrival of goods
• Payment issue resolution in collaboration with our Finance department and other stakeholders, help with data needed for customs
• Supporting the purchasing project leaders in the coordination of various items needed for the different projects and countries
  

What You Have To Offer.

• Completed vocational training with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Comprehension of procurement processes and industry requirements in general
• CAPEX purchasing experience as junior buyer in "Production Equipment Procurement"
• Good communication and cooperation as well as experience in national and international stakeholder management
• Experience in the use of major ERP-Systems like SAP oder Navision
• Working experience in production companies with more than 500 employees
• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
