Associate Director RNA Supply (f/m/d)

Aufgaben
  • Supply non-clinical mRNA products in accordance with internal demand, project, turnaround requirements and budget
  • Assist the department director with long-range operating goals, harmonization and digitalization efforts, and with the implementation of new and advanced technology
  • Management and development of manufacturing and supply chain staff
  • Manage, coach and develop a group of three non-clinical production teams
  • Oversee root-cause investigations and corrective/preventative actions
  • Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
  • Review production reports and ensure safety, quality and financial goals
  • Oversee development and maintenance of standard operating procedures in support of manufacturing and equipment operations
  • Production forecasting and capacity management
  • Manage, evaluate and report cost of goods and turnaround time
  • Provide weekly and monthly progress reports
  • Develop and manage annual objectives, schedule and budget
  • Partner with Process Development in the planning and execution of new product transfers and technology into pre-clinical and clinical manufacturing
Profil
  • PhD in Chemistry, Engineering or Life Science with several years of manufacturing and staff supervision experience
  • Extensive knowledge of and expertise in biomolecule manufacture in regulated environment
  • Strong leadership, risk management and project management skills
  • Staff development experience
  • Ability to work within cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English is a must, additional German skills are preferred
