Job Description

The Application Project Manager (m/f/diverse) is responsible to coordinate all application projects within the product line Computing Chassis Units (CCU). In this role the Application Project Manager (m/f/d) is leading all Technical Project Managers (TPL) and a group of employees (m/f/d) working mainly in agile teams within our agile product line organization. Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
  • Disciplinary lead of the Technical Project Managers (Product owner) (m/f/d) and Scrum Master (m/f/d)
  • Technical management of international project teams
  • Planning and tracking of all CCU application projects regarding budget, headcount demand, timing, milestones and quality targets
  • Reporting of project status to relevant stakeholders
  • Resource planning, monitoring and responsibility for the application project budget
  • Driving the agile transformation and continuously optimize the agile organization structure
  • Close collaboration with the domain responsible of System, Software and Hardware Engineering and the Project Management
  • Coaching and development of group’s employees (m/f/d)

Qualifications
  • Academic degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics or a comparable qualification
  • Profound years of experience in automotive series development in the automotive market
  • Experience in requirements engineering, project management, management of product life cycle and system architecture & design
  • Experience with complex, software-dominated embedded automotive systems (multi controller and multi core application)
  • Experience in Agile development, ASPICE, Automotive Functional Safety (ISO26262) and Cyber Security
  • Several years of experience as technical or disciplinary lead
  • Several years of experience in international development teams
  • Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards
  • Strong in verbal and written communication, presentation and moderation skills
