Currently, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager focusing on the European market to join our team. As a Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing our growth strategy and helping to identify and develop new business opportunities in Europe. A challenging task
Take on the responsibility for further expansion of our European customer base and develop long-term partnerships
Within the scope of business development, identify possible cross-selling potentials of your customers, and thus, ensure the optimal use of business relations
identify new cooperation opportunities by conducting regular market and customer analyses
Ensure continuous customer satisfaction and develop new long-term supplier relationships through close cooperation with existing and new suppliers
Regular travel activity

A convincing background
University degree in pharmacy, chemistry, business administration or a related field
Demonstrated experience in business development and sales of active pharmaceutical ingredients or related products
Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market conditions and regulatory requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Great networking abilities to ensure long-term success
Solid experience with price and contract negotiations in the B2B business
Ability to think strategically and identify business opportunities
Willingness to travel to visit potential customers and partners on site
very good English language skills (verbally and in writing), any other language skills would be considered an advantage
