Agency Account Manager
- Establish working relationship with key advertising agencies and develop relationships with new agencies.
- Enable and educate agency contacts on Pinterest offerings, value proposition, programs, promotions, etc.
- Contact agency leads on prospect lists provided by Pinterest, identify decision makers and initiate process to educate them on the benefits of the Pinterest ad Platform.
- Identify Customer needs, goals and the opportunity for Pinterest offerings.
- Present the Pinterest value proposition and seek to resolve Customer concerns.
- Seek to understand, validate and overcome Customer objections while accurately representing Pinterest’s business, products, and services.
- Seek to onboard advertisers to the Pinterest ad platform in order to create the possibility for success of the Customer’s campaigns.
- Educate agency Customers on Pinterest dashboard, products, and proper campaign setup and management.
- Seek to:
- Upsell/cross-sell/activate existing accounts and new Pinterest prospects.
- Establish clear advertising goals with agency contacts and Customers including entering campaign goals (KPIs) associated with CPA (Cost per Acquisition), ROI / ROAS (Return on Investment / Return on Ad Spend), or CPC (Cost per Click), etc.
- Establish proper technical account set up and manage the relationship between Pinterest and agency contacts as follows:
- Monitoring campaigns with an appropriate cadence of Account Management correspondence as defined by mutually agreed upon Customer tiers.
- Responding within an acceptable time frame to requests made by Pinterest and agency contacts.
- Identifying and attempt to onboard existing and new focus advertisers for the agency.
- Collect, accurately input, and maintain Customer and opportunity data into Pinterest tools which shall include Salesforce.com (SFDC) and those other established tools as notified to Accenture in writing in advance. A consistent joint effort between Accenture and Pinterest shall be made weekly to ensure the SFDC hygiene and structure is properly maintained for accurate reporting and records.
- Provide consistent feedback on the Agency Account Management tasks and suggested best practices to Pinterest. Identify and establish paths for agency and Customer escalations, rules-of-engagement
- At least 1 year experience in Advertising Technology campaign management in any online ad platform (Twitter, Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc) and 1-year of experience in a sales and/or account management role
- Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing
- Experience interfacing with clients
- Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Native level language fluency in the market to which assigned
- Experience interfacing with clients
- Preferably experienced in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Office/G-Suite collaboration and presentation tools
- Very strong analytical and reporting skills; Experience using data driven solutioning to drive positive business outcomes
- Team player / collaborative operating style with the desire and ability to learn on the fly and do what needs to be done
- An innovative mind always willing and able to contribute quickly, positive creative solutions to problems as they arise
- Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology, particularly online technology
- Deadline and detail oriented
- German level (C1) required
- Adhere to all N3 Data Protection policies, standards, and procedures per your role. Take required continuing education courses in Data Protection at N3 for your role.
