With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we’re currently looking for a full-time Acquisition Coordinator based in our Berlin office.

How Do You Fit In?
As Acquisition Coordinator for Savage X Fenty EU, you will demonstrate exceptional creative, project management, and data analysis skills to support the Growth Team in the development and management of paid media ads, onsite creative assets, and marketing landing pages. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn more about the optimization of the e-commerce customer funnel, while supporting our efforts to acquire new Rewards Members for our growing global brand.
Additionally, this role will also aid Growth initiatives, including email marketing and retention programs. You will closely work with the creative and content teams to drive customer engagement, serving as a main point-person between cross-functional departments. You’ll be joining a highly dynamic environment and creating a measurable impact on our customer communications.
This position reports to the Acquisition Manager.

What You Will Do:
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of paid media ads across various platforms (Meta, Display, Pinterest, YouTube, and more).
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, Buying & Planning, Localization, and Graphic Design teams to ensure that ad creatives are relevant, timely, engaging, and effective in driving new Rewards Members.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  • Identify and leverage social media trends for ad creatives while working closely with the Brand Ambassador team on Influencer briefings.
  • Assist in planning and execution of in-house content creation, ensuring alignment with brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Navigate our CMS to execute live updates of creative assets related to the acquisition funnel onsite.
  • Support CRM team with the planning, set up, and execution of email campaigns and A/B testing initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough Quality Analyses daily, engaging with Product Managers as needed to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in discussions regarding acquisition strategies and new initiatives to drive improvements in membership conversions.
  • Compose data-driven analysis and insights on ad performance, proposing suggestions for optimizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in Growth Marketing and customer engagement, implementing innovative solutions to optimize acquisition processes.

What You Can Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an Acquisition/Growth Marketing role, preferably within the e-commerce or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Proficient in project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Photoshop or Canva, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and implementing best practices.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
