Your New Job
  • You are responsible for the current accounting.
  • In addition to the management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash, your tasks include the preparation of payment runs.
  • You work closely with the tax office and assist with monthly and annual financial statements.
  • You participate in projects in finance and accounting.
  • You are responsible for the procurement and management of office materials.
  • You will assist with office organization tasks.
Your Skillset
  • Successfully completed education/ studies in business management or accounting
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of finance and accounting
  • Experienced in using DATEV, as well as modern accounting software such as SevDesk, Get My Invoices
  • Strong affinity for numbers and routine handling of the MS Office package
  • Very good German and good English skills, both in written and spoken language
  • Openness to new technologies
  • A structured, independent, and careful way of working
