- You are responsible for the current accounting.
- In addition to the management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash, your tasks include the preparation of payment runs.
- You work closely with the tax office and assist with monthly and annual financial statements.
- You participate in projects in finance and accounting.
- You are responsible for the procurement and management of office materials.
- You will assist with office organization tasks.
- Successfully completed education/ studies in business management or accounting
- 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of finance and accounting
- Experienced in using DATEV, as well as modern accounting software such as SevDesk, Get My Invoices
- Strong affinity for numbers and routine handling of the MS Office package
- Very good German and good English skills, both in written and spoken language
- Openness to new technologies
- A structured, independent, and careful way of working
