  • Development of innovative products for the growth market of e-mobility & renewable energies
  • Project management and technical leadership of a product development team.
  • Project planning, analysis and consolidation of the technical and scientific results.
  • Responsible for the chemical and materials science know-how development in formulating functional paste systems.
  • Evaluation of achieved results with regard to project goals (quality, time, costs).
  • Scientific support in cross-functional teams.

Your Profile:
  • Master’s or PhD in chemistry, coatings technology or a comparable degree as well as initial relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in project management
  • Knowledge of polymer chemistry, additives and metal powders.
  • Experience in the field of formulation and dispersing technology of coatings, adhesives or paste systems is an advantage.
  • Ideally knowledge of automotive core tools (FMEA, MSA; SPC) and Six-Sigma.
