Your responsibilities

• Become part of a project team and support the development of our hydrogen asset projects to FID, with special focus on the Uniper H2Maasvlakte project in Rotterdam
• This includes supporting the General Project Manager in the project management as well as commercial and technical aspects of business development
• Manage project schedule, budget, risk register, data book, team meetings and so forth within the H2Maasvlakte project and others along the full hydrogen value chain (from energy supply, production, conversion, midstream, sales)
• Work with the current Uniper asset fleet and Asset Development Team to help link the projects with the masterplan approach
• Together with the Team Lead International Hydrogen Business Development coordinate the process and prepare approval / sign-off for internal process and external co-operations
• Help to execute Uniper’s hydrogen asset projects in the international team core markets (focus on Netherlands, but not explicit): Make Uniper a leading up- & midstream player developing projects and supplying a wide range of customers (industry, mobility, heating, electricity)

Your profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as project manager in delivering capex-intensive asset projects from initiation to execution
• Professional education in project management techniques and tools, such as project scheduling with MS Project, management of data book, risk register, project budget plan, etc.
• Strong personal reliability and discipline to work against tight deadlines
• Excellent conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking
• Strong personal credibility, excellent team-working skills, ability to build strong working relationships across the Uniper Group
• Creative and open-minded individual with fresh mindset, ability to think out of the box and excellent communication skills
• Professional command of English (another language of a Uniper core country beneficial); command of Dutch would be welcome but not a must
• Open to travel frequently across to the Uniper Maasvlakte site in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and other European countries
