Your Responsibilities
  • You drive the ERP implementation project end-to-end
  • Along with the Business leads from the OU (operating unit) and external partner consultants you develop suitable solution concepts for the customer-specific adaptation of the ERP package
  • Along with the selected partner you conduct requirements analyses, customer meetings, workshops and presentations
  • You set up and run a project management and governance framework, with required regular project reporting
  • You run the project steering committee meetings, generate weekly / periodic progress reports and conduct customer and internal project kick-offs and status meetings
  • You drive the template design, development, testing and rollout across all identified locations across the globe and align this with the overall template.
  • In addition to that you plan and implement a support model after successful ERP implementation go-live with the existing organization.
  • For that you monitor quality assurance (including compliance with tests and code review in the consulting and development processes)
  • We know - these tasks can only be fulfilled with open exchange of experience, mutual support, continuous training and well equipped.
Your Profile
  • You have a university degree or have performed equivalent activities based on your skills or experience
  • You have proven track record of successfully delivering ERP projects and experience of End-to-End on major ERP platforms
  • You have a complete understanding of the Project/Product Life cycle for ERP implementation projects
  • You hold high learnability to quickly understand key nuances of the Materials Trading business
  • Besides to that you have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have excellent change management and strong team leadership skills, that proofe your ability to influence and collaborate
  • Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills, including the creation of formal documentation are also a strength of yours
  • It its beneficial if you have knowledge of Azure DevOps and Project Management tools like MS Project and the SAP ERP or Microsoft D365 Supply Chain and Dataverse
  • You are willing to go on regular business trips and have a valid class B driving licence
  • Furthermore you are fluent in both German and English languages
