VISARIGHT is looking for a Product Manager to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. You will manage the development of solutions and translate our product vision into strategic goals. We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and organized individual with a positive attitude.

Tasks
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market as well as our customers, their pains and jobs-to-be-done. Systematically analyze user feedback
  • Plan and execute the product roadmap based on an objectively prioritized backlog. Decompose complex problems and write clear specifications
  • Assess potential product features and requests towards the product vision and strategy
  • Align your team around strategic goals, relevant KPIs and a respective product roadmap
  • Manage the product development process from conception to implementation for the dedicated part of product
  • Overseeing processes and implementing better practices.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with progressive product management responsibilities in the technological product industry in a high-paced growth environment, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to estimate project timelines, set up milestones and manage delivery expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Technical expertise and experience working closely with engineers
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with a distributed team across multiple time zones
  • Fluency in English and preferably German.

About Us

VISARIGHT has around 25 people spread over 4+ countries in different time zones. We’re a distributed team, though we have offices in Berlin & Magdeburg (DE).

We care more about the things you do rather than your set working hours. Most of us work Monday - Friday from 9 UTC to 18 UTC, and ideally, you’ll overlap at least 5 hours with that. We try to be as asynchronous as possible but still feel that we need some “synchronicity” to work well.
