Then come and join our global team asProduct Manager (f/m/d) for Education Services - Clinical Decision Support to help us digitalize healthcare.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- In this role, you develop and execute the global education strategy for our AI based portfolio: AI-Rad Companion and AI-Pathway Companion
- You coordinate the education approach with the responsible parties in product development, marketing, and other global education teams
- You ensure excellent external customer education with a use case and value-based focus by leveraging the most effective training methods
- You translate the product features into customer benefits and clinical use and educate them within our training approach
- You prepare our global internal workforce to deliver high quality remote or onsite education
- You close the loop of feedback from the customer during training session to product development
- In addition, you support with product presentations during fairs and congresses and take over the delivery of training and education when needed
Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully completed your studies in the field of medicine, medical imaging or engineering up to a master’s degree or PhD
- You have several years work experience in the medical imaging field or in medical product development
- Applicants as MTRA or application specialist with further education and corresponding several years of substantial work experience are also welcomed
- You have educated yourself further on project and product management or working in cross functional teams
- Ideally, you have acquired knowledge on digitalization, cloud and AI solutions or hospital IT infrastructure
- You like working in an international environment of a matrix organization with diverse cultures and influences
- You see the future in digital solutions and decision support systems and want to contribute to their success and Mindset Change
- You are business-fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
- Coaching and educating are one of your secret passions
- Exceptional communication skills, together with presenter/trainer skills, including sales presentation skills, complete your profile
- You bring a willingness to travel (up to 15%) to visit our customers or training centers, or attend fairs and congresses sporadically
