Key Responsibilities

  • Participating / monitoring regional audit delivery including the wider UKI audit plan. Assisting in the completion of cyclical reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual) to Senior Management both internal and external to Group Audit.

  • Assisting the UKI Regional Lead with driving ownership and audit coverage of key regional risk topics and managing the annual audit planning process for the region.

  • Assist in the completion of audit assignments, including audit reports for review by audit management, facilitate issue tracking and validate closure of issues. Participate in the Audit Continuous Monitoring process for the UKI Region.

  • Interprets Regional stakeholder feedback on key business developments/risks and understands the clients’ marketplace in order to address their needs and expectations while delivering ‘one voice’ to the client in all communications and correspondence.

  • Pro-actively developing and maintaining professional working relationships with colleagues in Group Audit as well as business and related support areas; working in an integrated manner with fellow team members both locally and globally.

Skills & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university (or equivalent), or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, and experience of management reporting.

  • Solid communication skills – you will be able to communicate with clarity, both orally and in writing, in a logical order and a structured approach.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently with good organisation and problem-solving skills.

  • Audit/business knowledge and experience with an understanding of the risks and regulatory requirements in one or more of the business/functional areas
