As a People Project Lead (m/f/d) you will be responsible for creating a people first company culture through engaging and impactful projects as well as for establishing a productive and supportive work place environment for our employees.
Job responsibilities:
- Driving our People and Culture agenda, working in partnership with Recruitment, Workforce planning, the firm wide Talent & Culture leads, Learning and Development and the Senior Leadership Team
- Developing, implementing and constantly adapting a People strategy, prioritising actions to ensure the delivery of a highly impactful, engaging culture and thus being the Change Champion and Owner for people processes and programmes that enrich our people experience
- Managing People performance across key behavioural people metrics, smashing engagement goals and creating the best place to work
- Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, reflective of our growing customer base is paramount to the success of the business and its unique culture
- Understanding and researching future of work and people behaviour, sharing knowledge with wider team and peers as well as building agile people plans
- Advocating our brand, lead and act as a role model to all colleagues and peers
- Developing a strong professional network internally and externally
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- In-depth understanding of People experience and growing cultures through a period of growth/change
- Excellent project management skills, ability to think through and implement projects from a to z
- Have fluent German and English communication, presentation and facilitation skills, both written and oral, ability to share our vision and goals
- Ability to partner with key stakeholders, using co-design principles to build impactful people programmes and to influence credibly based on experience, business knowledge, depth of insight, market and best practice
- A deep understanding of the service industry and a costumer centric mindset, in order to set up the best culture
- Ability to see the “big picture”, joining the dots quickly of how people & culture fit into the company’s overall business strategy and goals
- Digitally savvy with ability to work with different tools and adaptive in terms to learn new ones
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in HR or similar people oriented areas
- Experience in a fast changing environment
- Coaching/Consulting experience
- Experience with performance management
- Knowledge of systems theory
