Requirements

We look for experienced entrepreneurs and/ or management consultants. Experienced for us means that you have gained at least 10 years of relevant work experience. Ideally you have successfully founded one or more ventures in the past or you worked for one of the leading management consultancies.

You have a passion for digital business models and gained experience in digital- and transformation projects. You have experience implementing complex projects from planning until delivery, and you have past experience reaching profitability and growth targets. You also bring several years of hands-on experience in areas such as recruitment of high-performing teams, Business Development, marketing or other.

International experience is a plus. You have excellent communication skills in both German and English.

The importance of this position for Bridgemaker’s service business cannot be overstated. The Partner position is the key position to ensure Bridgemaker’s commercial success and flourishing customer relations based on a highly skilled, talented and motivated team.

To summarize, as a key leadership player of the Bridgemaker organizational structure, you incorporate the values of the company, bring the right attitude to the table and steer the company towards fast growth.

Your tasks

As a Partner, you will be joining a multidisciplinary team united by a common ambition: building kick-ass ventures with our corporate partners. We are not a consultancy, but a company builder passionate about building successful companies from scratch - usually from an existing technology or idea at the client side. You thus need to have the objectives of company building in mind at all times.

Your goals with us are three-fold: to grow our business, steer our venture building teams, and help to build our unique culture at Bridgemaker.

Build our business

We call our clients partners, because we build ventures together. From day one you are responsible for one or several partners, depending on their size. In addition, you attracted new partners through your entrepreneurial spirit and ideas for ventures that fit their problems. You use your personal brand as a speaker on conferences and unique content in the press, on blogs, and in social networks, to increase our network.

Steer our venture building teams & build kick-ass ventures

Our projects are executed by an experienced team of venture builders, designers, developers, product managers and many more. You provide strategic guidance and oversight, negotiate deals and ensure objectives are being met. You help to grow our team through mentoring and recruiting activities.

As we are on the path of becoming Europe’s leading company builder we have a strong focus on actually building and partially owning our ventures. We have skin in the game - we are founders much more than consultants.

Build a unique culture:
You are deeply involved in our company’s cultural development: you shape Bridgemaker, leading by example and mentoring our younger team members. You are an outstanding team player who can communicate and engage with a broad set of people within the company as well as on the client side. You have a significant stake in our recruiting, staffing and resource allocation decisions.
