To reach our goals we are searching for an Organisational Development Manager (f/m/d) to join our Team in Munich.

To reach our goals we are searching for an Organisational Development Manager (f/m/d) to join our Team in Munich.
What You Will Do
- You will design a scalable organisation based on the Group strategy that provides the structures and environment to deliver global growth incorporating our diverse cultural, regional, and business requirements of the business and functional units
- You will create diagnosis of root causes of critical organisational issues related to dependencies, accountabilities, or inefficiencies, and provide objective data-driven measures for improvement, e.g. establishing global roles, titles, job descriptions, levels, functions, networks, reporting, policies etc.
- You will create empowering structures and help drive understanding of our organisational identity
- You will lead projects based on overall transformation program to drive continuous organisational development with our global stakeholders
- You will create empowering structures and help drive understanding of our organisational identity, e.g. organizational structure, governance structures
- You will support on change management advisory where necessary for greater organisational acceptance
- Development and implementation of organisational designs, guidelines and charts
- Measurement of the overall organisational health, incl. Organisational Health Index, the organisational cockpit and diagnostic (quantitative management report)
What You Bring
- Bachelor/Master degree/educational qualifications with a focus on law, economics, business administration, organisational development or related fields
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in an international environment - organisational development consulting experience is a plus
- Expert knowledge of advanced concepts in organisational development and knowledge of relevant organisational policies and procedures relevant to a global matrix company
- Proven experience of working together with executive stakeholders and project management in cross-functional project teams
- User/employee centricity is accustomed in the style of working
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills
- Strong sense of ownership combined with the willingness to deliver results
- English language is a must and German language is a plus
- Knowledge of lean organisations and different organisation models
