Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Driving continuous improvement activities
- Monitor Grunenthal´s Business system (GOBS) progress and participate in site improvement assessments as well as developing and ensuring follow-through on improvement plans
- Work with sites & training teams to deliver targeted OPEX training and demonstrate use of Lean/Six Sigma and TPM concepts
- Organize events/workshops to drive knowledge transfer and sharing of good manufacturing and best demonstrated practices
- Develop presentations to summarize findings and propose recommendations
- Support standardization of processes and continuous improvement training materials
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- Completed bachelor degree in a related field and several years of professional experience in the production environment (Master degree is a plus)
- Project Management Experience
- Advanced experience in driving OPEX transformations, Lean & Six Sigma Projects and TPM deployment to improve safety, quality, service, and cost
- Lean Six Sigma Green belt certification recommended
- Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint and in the use of mini-tab tools
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 5% of the time
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills
- Fluent in English and German
