GES Europe GmbH a young and dynamic company located in Wiesbaden, Germany are looking to recruit a talented but experienced logistics coordinator / administrator who wants to join a growing business.

Tasks
  • Provide daily suTo fully support 100% the Supply Chain Director with business management objectives by providing a day-to-day information relating to these targets and objectives (Risk, H&S, Compliance) and in-addition undertake the following:
  • pervision and support to Logistics Co-Ordinator and Customer Service Administrator(s)
  • Manage the office on day-by-day basis.
  • Ensure the office is a safe environment.
  • Ensure the office is clean and tidy.
  • Provide a professional level of service and support to the Supply Chain Director.
  • Undertake any reasonable tasks / instructions from the other site Directors.
  • To ensure adequate records relating to holidays and sickness are kept.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years supervisory in office administration
