Job Summary


As a recruiting partner of Onemedia Consulting GmbH, we are looking for you as a passionate Marketing Technology Consultant (a) in full or part-time (from 70%) with the option of remote work in Germany.

You will take on a high level of responsibility, work independently, drive topics forward and help employees with their skillset. The main task is to advise the customer on the topic of marketing automation and to jointly develop business processes or implement them successfully in Marketo. Marketo is a software that helps companies to evaluate and automate marketing tasks. It’s a big plus if you already know how to use it. Don’t worry if you don’t - you’ll be thoroughly introduced to working with this powerful tool.

What You Will Be Doing
  • You help customers understand the technical implications of Marketo and "translate" it for all stakeholders (marketing, sales, IT)
  • You support various customers and bring them to the next level of marketing technology: consulting, design, implementation, process development, setup management, operational support, workshops and training
  • You will provide operational support to clients and communicate at the interface with technical service providers to further develop their unique solutions
  • You will become a MarTech expert - to be able to advise clients on all aspects of marketing technology, analytics and personalization; focusing on the strategic alignment of technologies within marketing processes
  • You work in a team - and take responsibility for individual tasks in customer-related or internal projects
What You Bring To The Job
  • Enjoys combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and operational execution
  • Experience with marketing automation and lead management systems (Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Eloqua) in particular
  • Understanding of the digital marketing and advertising technology ecosystem
  • Data-oriented thinking
  • Understanding of process and the ability to plan, manage and execute (marketing) campaigns with an eye for detail
  • Proactivity and consultative demeanor when communicating with clients
  • Ability to understand technical interrelationships and dependencies and explain them in an understandable way to non-technical people
  • Willingness to learn and work independently and willing to accept responsibility
  • Ability to communicate with senior marketing executives and C-level managers
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ideally knowledge of the configuration and implementation of software solutions
