Description And Requirements
Lenovo is seeking an experienced Marketing Program Manager to support the International Sales Organization. This individual will oversee global marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth and accelerating Lenovo’s transformation.
In this role, you will be responsible for partnering directly with business and marketing leaders to translate business strategy into integrated marketing programs. Collaborating with the International Sales Organization (ISO) and other global marketing stakeholders, you will design and develop programs that strengthen the positioning of our competitive advantages, frame our value proposition to customers and partners across segments, unite strategic efforts on key growth initiatives, and drive global activation with consistency.
Responsibilities
- Partner with ISO leadership and WW marketing stakeholders to understand business strategies, objectives, and priorities
- Define marketing strategies and programs to increase customer engagement and drive demand for Lenovo solutions, engaging business and geo stakeholders throughout the process
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive activation across global and regional teams
- Support the Lenovo sales value proposition and messaging strategy, educating key constituent groups to drive deep understanding, and ensuring all produced content clearly aligns
- Apply your unique skills and insights to build a deeper internal understanding of our customers’ needs and Lenovo’s value offering
- Be an ambassador for the Lenovo brand and voice; develop guidelines and brief supporting teams and partner agencies on audience personas, value proposition, and messaging frameworks
- Stay current on customer, industry, and competitive trends to identify trends and anticipate consumer needs
- Establish KPIs to define the effectiveness and impact of marketing investments in alignment with the Insights COE measurement strategy; track and optimize campaign performance
- Manage the program budgets and associated operational activities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in Marketing or relevant field
- 8-10 years of B2B marketing experience for a hardware and/or technology company
- Demonstrated understanding of the customer decision journey and sales process and related technologies to manage customer relationships and engagement
- Experience building integrated marketing campaigns and programs to drive sales results
- Ability to understand and simplify complex information
- Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail
- Effective and persuasive communication skills
- Proficiency in global communication standards
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with both internal and external customers
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time
- Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine program effectiveness and impact
- Ability to work with others in a highly collaborative work environment
