Tasks

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Marketing Operations Manager is a newly created position, reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, and working closely with the broader sales and marketing teams.

We are looking for someone who is eager to deliver a world-class experience to our customers at the earliest stages of their buying journey. Our ideal candidate is a continuous learner who has a pulse on B2B SaaS marketing operations and is eager to thoughtful implement best-in-class technologies and processes in a data-driven manner.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
Review the team’s current use of marketing technology, especially Hubspot and Salesforce, define and enhance logical integrations, and identify and implement improvements

  • Assess the broader marketing tech stack, determine gaps in core functionality to meet critical business goals, and build a plan to evaluate and implement solutions
  • Manage and improve upon the existing inbound processes, including lead enrichment, lead scoring, lead routing and distribution, lead management, and SDR training protocol
  • Design and build critical demand generation reporting from multiple data sources
  • Proactively deliver insights to determine performance, effectiveness, and business impact of marketing and sales activities
  • Design, document, deploy and continuously improve upon operational processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and across all levels of management to achieve outcomes based on company goals
  • Keep up-to-date on industry and market trends

Requirements

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Previous experience in a Marketing Operations role
  • Fluency in the following tech stack: CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Hubspot), Sales Engagement (Apollo), and Google Analytics
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets knowledge; comfortable working with large data sets, pivot tables, and v-lookups
  • Strong ability to report on and interpret marketing/demand generation concepts
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with the principles of a SaaS business model and customer lifecycle management
  • Thrive in cross-functional teams and are a quick learner
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred but not required
