LeanIX is growing rapidly and seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager (f/m/d) with a demonstrated track record of spearheading the technical aspects of marketing operations to harness a martech stacks capabilities to drive efficiency, data accuracy, and advanced automation. This critical role will work closely with all levels of the business and report to the Director Marketing OperationsMarketing Operations Manager (f/m/d)Connected remote and based in either Bonn, (DE), Boston (USA) or London (UK).WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?Take responsibility for Marketing Technology Stack Management including configuration, customization, and optimization of processes and integrations.
  • Be a key component in levelling up our marketing capabilities with comprehensive marketing operations processes, workflows, and martech best practices. Providing technical training to marketing team members to ensure proper usage and proficiency.
  • Use your experience to oversee the technical execution of marketing campaigns using HubSpot and the wider tech stack including setting up complex workflows, behavioural triggers, and personalized content delivery to enhance campaign performance.
  • Bring excellence to our database and compliance through developing data governance practices that ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Regularly auditing data quality, deduplicate records, and help maintain a clean and organized database.
  • Break new ground within marketing by identifying opportunities for advanced automation within our platforms, such as dynamic content personalization, API-based data synchronization, and AI-powered marketing automation features. Implement solutions to drive operational efficiency
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • 3+ years’ experience in similar role with a focus on developing and exploiting marketing automation to drive marketing impact within a SaaS environment
  • Previous work as an admin of a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot (strongly preferred), Marketo, Eloqua etc.
  • A profound understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and data analytics within a B2B context.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and a strategic mindset
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in German and/or French is an advantage
