We are currently seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Lead (m/f/d) to join our team.

Join our passionate team and be part of the exciting journey to revolutionize cancer diagnosis. As a Manufacturing Lead (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in driving our success and delivering cutting-edge products to our users and customers.

  • Control and Coordination: You take charge of the entire production area, overseeing the production of new products, repairing of returned products, local production planning, and production logistics.
  • You ensure the delivery capability for all internally produced products, maintaining efficient operations to meet customer demands.
  • Resource Management: You identify and provide the necessary human resources to fulfill the production plan, ensuring we have the right team in place. You also optimize resource allocation to enhance productivity and achieve manufacturing goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You collaborate closely with the Technology, Quality, and Purchasing teams to optimize the production process, manage suppliers effectively, resolve technical issues, and conduct audits.
  • You also foster strong partnerships to drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Manufacturing Procedures and Processes: You select, plan, and continuously improve manufacturing procedures and production processes for cost-optimized production.
  • You innovate and streamline operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Quality Management: You analyze quality deviations and implement corrective measures to maintain high-quality standards and you drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in the manufacturing process.
  • New Product Development: You participate in project teams for the development of new products, from concept design to series production in collaboration with cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless transitions from design to manufacturing.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: You prepare monthly quality reports and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the manufacturing area, providing valuable insights to guide decision-making and drive improvements.
Requirements

  • You possess technical training or studies in electronics or mechanics, that gives you a deep understanding of the manufacturing process.
  • You have several years of relevant professional and management experience in a manufacturing company, bringing valuable insights to the role.
  • You demonstrate experience in the production and quality inspection of electronic assemblies, mechanical processing of components, and injection molding materials.
  • You exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and motivating colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • You display a high degree of flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and a pronounced willingness to work hard in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills, which enables you to facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
