Job Description

Lead cross-functional workstreams within our portfolio of strategic projects (strong emphasis on productivity improvement / operations projects)

Support VP Transformation Projects in steering portfolio of projects:
  • Tracking and reporting of project status
  • Analyses on performance and health of transformation program
  • Support identification and setup of new projects
  • Provide hands-on support to select projects as needed

Conduct analyses of core business processes identifying improvement opportunities and driving implementation

Support annual strategy process refining strategic priorities for Driveline business unit

Support BU Leadership Team in communication to Executive Team and PE owner

2-4 years of professional experience in management consulting, automotive or industrial goods

Operations and/or transformation program experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with affinity for numbers

Highly structured way of working

Good business acumen and quick perception; willing to deep dive into a variety of topics as needed

Strong communication skills at all levels
