Our client is an international joint venture in the automotive field of e-mobility.

You define and establish training programs within the organization to qualify the European retail network with regards to all relevant sales and aftersales topics (sales, system, product, service trainings)
You collect and structure training requirements including the identification and consideration of market specific training demands and qualification standards
You select, manage and steer appropriate providers for sales and aftersales trainings incl. training platform provision, content development and training implementation
You are the interface between training provider and all relevant stakeholders for sales and aftersales training topics
You contribute to the training concept and content development and provide support for the development of training tools and services
You liaise with subject matter experts (sales and aftersales) regarding training concept, content development and implementation
You organize and coordinate face-to-face trainings as well as international training events and are responsible for the training budget
You establish and track training milestones as well as track and report on training and market qualification outcomes while contributing to continuous improvement

You have a university degree in Business Administration, Communication Management or a comparable degree
You have distinctive experience in the area of training and automotive retail qualification (3+ years)
You (preferably) have experience with international and diverse cross-cultural environment ideally gained within the automotive sector (+2 years) and have a basic automotive technical know-how, especially with electrical vehicles
You have a broad knowledge of automotive retail processes (Sales/Aftersales) and qualification demand
You have experience with the organization of automotive face-to-face and eLearning formats
You have excellent organization skills (ability to manage multiple tasks) as well as social organizational skills, with strong intercultural competence
You have strong commitment and positive work ethic in order to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
You are fluent in English & German; any other European language is a plus
