We are currently recruiting for an OPEX Manager – Germany

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyse the business and operational gaps before implementation of new IT systems
  • Evaluate the demand raised by the operational excellence country managers and stakeholders. Steer and channel valid demands to the OET platform on the regional level for consideration and evaluation
  • Provide input regarding the creation of an operational KPI framework that evaluates operational efficiency, data quality and customer satisfaction
  • Establish a framework to compare performance in the responsible region to share best practices

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Completed business, IT or engineering degree; Minimum 3 year experience as Operational Excellence manager
  • Strong analytical skills are must
  • Professional use of English, other languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel
  • High degree of accountability, results driven mindset
  • Degree level education or higher

The expected salary for this position is between €60,000-75,000 per annum.
