Position Overview:

As a Manager, you will be at the helm of our strategic projects, guiding a team of dedicated professionals in delivering exceptional value to our clients. Your role will be critical in shaping the future direction of businesses spanning various industries, making an impactful contribution to their success stories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-impact strategy projects focusing on commerce turnaround, sales and marketing enhancement, and mergers & acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with client leadership to identify strategic opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective plans.
  • Mentor and manage a team of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Conduct rigorous analysis to inform strategic decisions and monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to the company’s knowledge base, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in strategy consulting, with a proven track record of leading successful projects in commerce turnaround, sales and marketing, or M&A.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving shared goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
