Manager FCA (Field Corrective Action) and Stop Shipment (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

In the role of Manager FCA and Stop Shipment (m/f/d) you are responsible for:
• Planning and implementation management of Field Corrective Actions in the EMEA Region
• Managing re-conciliation of Field Corrective Actions in the EMEA Region
• Being an authority communication point of contact for Field Corrective Actions in the EMEA Region
• Managing quality / regulatory related shipping holds
• FCA and Shipping Hold monitoring and reporting activities

Your qualification

• Successful studies in engineering, natural science or similar
• Experienced in working in an international context, fluent English
• Customer focused
• Excellent communication skills on all levels of organization
• Project management skills
• Basic knowledge of EMEA regulatory requirements e.g. MEDDEV 2.7, EU-MDR
• Conscientious and reliable work style
