We are looking for an experienced M&A Manager (f/m/d) to support our current and future growth strategy and to help us identify M&A opportunities.

The role:
  • Supporting the sourcing and realization of potential acquisitions
  • Accompanying the entire transaction process of M&A projects (research, company analysis, assistance in negotiations, valuation, due diligence)
  • Taking part in the development of integration plans
  • Preparation of decision templates for top management (including balance- and P&L-analysis) and transaction structuring
  • Assistance in planning, coordinating and execution of of our company wide strategy
What you bring:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate finance environment
  • Relevant experience in execution of end-to-end M&A processes (from target screening to closing)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills and a solution oriented working style
  • Very good knowledge in the creation of financial models
  • Native level German and fluent English
