Aufgaben / Verantwortung
- Abholung der Tagespost aus den Postfilialien
- Planung, Koordination, Steuerung und Kontrolle aller lagerwirtschaftlichen Aufgaben, beginnend beim Wareneingang bis hin zur Auslieferung bzw. Versand (national und international) sowie bei der Durchführung der Inventuren
- Transport von verarbeiteten Materialen ins Langzeitarchiv
- Lagertätigkeiten, wie Einlagerung, Vernichtung, sowie das Verpacken von Dokumenten in Kisten und Transportieren mit dem Hubwagen
- Verarbeitete Stapel kontrollieren, beschriften und archivieren
- Angeforderte Dokumente suchen und der Weiterverarbeitung zuführen
Anforderungen:
- sehr gute Auffassungsgabe sowie Organisationstalent
- selbständige, exakte Arbeitsweise
- Führerschein der Klasse B (BE oder C1 währen auch vorteilhaft)
- zuverlässig, flexibel, team- und kommunikationsfähig
- vertrauensvoller Umgang mit Kundendaten
- Führungszeugnis ohne Eintrag
- hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und konstante Leistung
- PC-Kenntnisse vorteilhaft
- Sprachen: Deutschkenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse Englisch wäre vom Vorteil
