Laboratory Assistant (m/f/d)

We are recruiting for a Laboratory Assistant (m/f/d) for our Site in Düsseldorf. Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, the role works closely with the Technical Customer Service Team and provides support regarding technical questions.


Your Accountabilities:

  • You are responsible for the on-time analytical and chemical-physical testing of multi-polymer products using variety of methods
  • You provide GMP-compliant documentation of tests as well as internal laboratory documents
  • You execute calibration and / or qualification measures
  • You monitor the Test equipment and manage the device calibrations
  • You regularly observe and analyse the market and keep the knowledge up to date

Your Profile:

  • You have a successfully completed professional training as a chemistry laboratory technician (m/f/d), physics laboratory technician (m/f/d) or comparable education
  • First work experience in this or a comparable profession would be an advantage
  • Ideally, you have experience in quality control using GMP regulations
  • You should have knowledge of instrumental (IR, DSC, microscopy) and wet chemical analysis methods
  • Your working style is characterized by analytical thinking, systematic working methods and team spirit
  • You feel confident in using common MS Office software
  • You should have very good written and verbal skills in German and English - additional languages would be a plus
