Your Role As a Working Student (f/m/d) you will support our Talent Acquisition Team in finding the best Engineers for Forto. You will work closely with our recruiters Jasmin, Jon, and Priyanka and support them in sourcing new candidates, maintaining candidate communication, and supporting them in other recruiting projects surrounding Employer Branding and process optimization.

You will
  • support with active sourcing of various technical positions via Linkedin
  • ensure a smooth interviewing process for candidates and hiring managers alike by maintaining candidate communication and taking over recruiting coordination
  • get insights into Forto’s engineering department, identify hiring needs and help building a high performing team within a hyper-growth environment
  • support your team by building reports, presentations, and recruiting material
What You Bring
  • You are currently enrolled as a student in the field of human resources, business administration, or a similar course of study
  • Ideally, you have already been able to gain initial experience in the areas of HR, recruiting, or similar areas
  • You have good communication skills and enjoyment of working with different departments and candidates
  • You have a particularly organized and structured way of working
  • You want to get started in a fast-growing environment and revolutionize the logistics industry with us
  • You are fluent in English
