Your Tasks

The R&D Digital Projects & Running Business team coordinates and supports R&D digitalization activities, and therefore plays a key role in the digitalization of R&D.

The focus for our working student is to support the roll-out activities for new software packages and communication, including:

  • Creating and revising training materials, such as user guides and instructional videos
  • Creating and maintaining websites for communication
  • Creating communication materials such as presentations
  • Preparing and implementing software tests
  • Supporting data cleansing

Your Profile

  • High Interest in different digital tools and software packages
  • Quick understanding of new software
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
  • Very good English skills
  • Good German skills
