What we look for
  • Assist the internal IT support team
  • Participate in exciting IT processes and take on small projects of your own
  • Work directly with the entire IT team
  • Support users at all locations
  • Administrate servers, telephone systems and access systems
  • Provide support for simple fault / problem analyses, fault relaying, if necessary fault rectification according to instructions
  • Maintain the e-mail distribution list of the whole team
  • Support the installation of new workplaces
What we require
  • Student of computer science, business informatics or a similar course of study
  • Ideally already experience through internships or working student activities
  • Very good Windows knowledge (Windows 10, Windows Server) as well as a confident handling of Microsoft applications and services
  • Excellent hardware skills (laptops, tablets, printers, etc.)
  • Technical affinity as well as good analytical and communication skills
  • Service oriented and communicative team player with passion for work
  • High sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive data
