As a Working Student in IT Support for the Applike Group, you will keep our office infrastructure and tech setup running smoothly.

What you will do:

    • You will provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.
    • Keep our office infrastructure and VPN connections running smoothly.
    • Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions in our wiki.
    • Proper management of the IT warehouse and implementation of inventories.
    • Provide the set-up and removal of technical equipment.
    • Manage over 150 workstations.
    • Ensure proper security of our computers and network.
    • Ensure that our workplace tech is constantly working— Network, Wi-Fi, Internet Access, Meeting Rooms, Tech Equipment in common spaces and offices, etc.

Who you are:

    • You are currently studying in Germany
    • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
    • Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and popular client applications
    • You are a team player and eager to improve yourself every day
    • You are fluent in English (German is a plus)
    • Independent, reliable way of thinking, high motivation, and hands on mentality
