Your Tasks

As a Working Student (w/m/d) in Active Sorucing you’ll work directly with the Talent Team on a daily basis (specifically with our Tech Recruiters) and help the company grow.
  • Identifying suitable candidate profiles via Google, LinkedIn, XING, etc
  • Active Sourcing for various tech roles at our company
  • Further development of our Employer Branding
  • Designing, implementing and optimizing our hiring initiatives in collaboration with other members of the People Team
Your Qualification
  • You are interested in dynamically growing startups and want to digitize the construction industry together with us
  • You are a flexible all-rounder with strong people skills and a hands-on mentality
  • You are pragmatic and solution-oriented and bring strong communication skills with you
  • You speak English at min. B2 level
  • You have already gained some experience in Tech Recruiting (internships, projects etc.)
