Aufgabe

  • As a working student in the Global Talent Acquisition, Leadership and Development (TALD) team, you will support on a range of projects. The following tasks await you:
  • 1. Talent Management data: reviewing data, challenging structure and structuring data to be easily analysed and generate insights
  • 2. Supporting project lead on Development Platform project
  • 3. Talent Acquisition projects including developing a digital upskilling program and supporting on diversity & inclusion pilots such as blind auditioning/hiring (anonymising candidates to minimise unconscious bias)
  • 4. Supporting Employer Branding topics


Qualifikation

  • Strong interest in HR related topics
  • Data analysis skills and affinity for different tools and systems
  • High degree of personal responsibility and solution orientation
  • Structured, customer-oriented and self-organised way of working
  • Interest in / Exchange with other cultures and countries as well as the development of an internal global HR network
  • Fluent in Business English
