Job Purpose/Role

  • Be part of the Diversity & Inclusion Team and shape diversity in the company actively
  • Support the development of internal engagement programs that promote diversity and inclusive culture across all locations of our company
  • Together with the team you plan and implement internal and external events, also in cross-company projects and work on ongoing diversity and inclusion initiatives and projects
  • A crucial part of your activities is generating data (KPIs) and insights to evolve our initiatives and program as well as providing reporting data
    • Enjoy generating communicative content by developing, producing and publishing well-researched and eye-catching multi-media matters (e.g., graphs, articles, posters, video clips, presentations, infographics) for multiple platforms (e.g., blogs, websites, social media, event platforms, newsletters)


Your qualifications

  • Student in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Gender Studies, Diversity or a comparable study program, but students in other programs will also be considered
  • You have good communication skills
  • You are passionate about the topic of Diversity & Inclusion, ideally you already have experience in this area
  • You are a team player with creative skills
  • You work independently and are motivated to contribute your ideas to Diversity & Inclusion
    • Very good Germand and English skills
