THE ROLE

As part of this team, you enable our customers to understand the product, give feedback, encourage their growth, and make their people processes more successful. Here are some of the things that you would be working on:

  • Support in the maintenance and correction of customer data
  • Support in the implementation of customer campaigns in terms of communication and scheduling with customers
  • Documentation, Reporting und Evaluation of campaign results

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
  • Good communication skills
  • Very good German (C2) and good English (B2)
  • Admiring problems is not yours. You prefer to approach them actively and find a solution
  • Diligent and independent working method
  • Current enrollment within any field of studies
