The VIE-International Internship Program (Volontariat International en Entreprises or Volunteer for International Experience) allows young Europeans to work abroad in a French company for between 6 and 24 months. It is run by a French public institution called Business France. You will have the opportunity to experience and explore new challenges. In addition to an attractive salary, we offer an accommodation allowance, as well as a three-month German language course.

To participate in our VIE programme, you must be between 18 and 28 years old and have European citizenship.

Your role

THIS IS THE JOB

As a Junior Project Manager Consultant, you will reinforce our Project Management Team and help us accompany our customers in the successful execution of their projects up to their closure and delivery.

As Part Of Your Role, You Will
  • Assist our customers in implementing the project governance strategy through the different phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Consolidate existing processes along with the customer to improve the good execution of the project
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute key project deliverables, such as KPIs, Status Report, Progress Reviews, Milestones Reviews, Planning, MoMs, etc…
  • Support in day-to-day project management tasks such as planning updates, budget monitoring, risk management…
  • Identify new use cases and assist the implementation of methods and tools to support them
  • Communicate and follow-up with other functions and project stakeholders
  • Assist the deployment of new PM practices, methods and tools (Google Suite, Planisware, Agile, … ) at the operational level
Your profile

This Is What We Need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, (Aerospace, Mechanical, Computer Science, Energy or similar), Project Management, Business Administration or similar field
  • First experience in the industry and/or in project management
  • Knowledge of project management methods & practices
  • Good knowledge and affinity working with latest digital collaboration tools
  • Basic knowledge of Project Management software (MS Project, …) is nice to have
  • Basic coding/programming skills (Python, VBA, Apps Script,…) is nice to have
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Eager to learn, collaborate and contribute to a teamwork environment
  • Fluent level in English, good knowledge of German is an advantage
