UX Researcher

Communicate and Pitch Designs:

• Fluently communicate and present design concepts, strategies, and solutions to international clients in English.
• Articulate the value and rationale behind design decisions effectively to stakeholders and clients.

Application of Research and Design Methodologies:

• Utilize a proven track record of applying research and design methodologies to projects.
• Conduct user research, user testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user-centric solutions.

Leadership and Workshop Facilitation:

• Lead workshops with clients to understand their UX/UI requirements, business goals, and challenges.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and business development teams to define project scope and deliverables.
• Facilitate design thinking exercises and ideation sessions to identify areas for improvement and innovative design solutions.

Design Strategy and Direction:

• Develop and drive the overall design strategy and direction for projects, aligning with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on UX/UI best practices, visual design principles, and interaction patterns to ensure a cohesive and delightful user experience.

Collaboration and Mentorship:

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.

• Mentor and inspire other designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

• Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to communicate and pitch designs effectively to international clients.

• Strong knowledge of design methodologies, including user-centered design, design thinking, and agile processes.

• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.

• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, visual design, and interaction design.

• Ability to lead workshops and facilitate collaborative design sessions with clients.
