You are always up to date with the latest trends in the world of websites and e-commerce CX and know exactly which trends make sense and what’s needed to realise them.

We are looking for a person with a background in CX/UX/UI who wants to focus on design research and conception. You will create structures as well as guide and consult our clients in their journey from pitch presentation through to finished digital appearance.

Tasks

  • Researching & understanding CX/UX/UI approaches across different
business areas.
  • Consulting clients in B2B, B2C or D2C on how they can make their website or e-commerce a central part of the multichannel user journey.
  • Defining personas, content pillars and jobs to be done for websites and e-commerce.
  • Creating sitemaps and information architectures.
  • Have profound client consulting expertise to build a strong long-term
relationship with our clients and consistently manage client expectations ensuring delivery of highest quality service.
  • Excellent brand understanding combined with a passion for business strategy and organisational development.
  • Interest in advanced user experience (e.g., 2D or 3D animation, gamification, artificial intelligence or virtual reality).
  • Advocated and advanced design practices, processes, and guidelines (internal and external).
  • Ideally experienced in creating user-centered graphical user interfaces, assets and user interactions of business platforms, digital services, brand websites, e-commerce and online campaigns for desktop and mobile.
  • Desire to drive, maintain, and improve design strategies and best practices across work groups.
Requirements

  • Commitment to keep up to date on design industry trends, improve skills, and mentor others to succeed.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills that support cross-disciplinary teams.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ digital agency and/or comparable experience.
  • You are ready to take full ownership for web concepts from pitch through to go-live.
  • You have fluent German and English skills.
